Adelaide Photographer: Qatar 5 Year Anniversary in Adelaide

The last time I was here, at Adelaide Airport, I was holding back tears, after returning from an 8 month escapade through Asia in the middle of March 2020.

We lifted our bags from an onwards flight on the carousel in KL, halting our onwards plans to Colombo, Tbilisi and Stockholm. We turned tail, and that was it.

Frances Whittenbury and I made the hardest decision we ever had to make; stopping the plans we always wanted to play out. Retrospectively, we were lucky with our timing and execution.

Yesterday, we returned to where it all came crashing down, but to a celebration. The celebration of 5 years of Qatar Airways in Adelaide. I couldn't wipe the grin off my face (behind a mask, albeit) that we were where we were. Being able to shoot wonderful events like these.

A lot has happened in the space of travel and hospitality over the past year, but we're delighted to be back in the thick of it here, in lucky Adelaide.

Thanks Adelaide Airport Limited, Qatar Airways and Seven Communications Australia for having Frankie The Creative along to photograph such a special occasion 🥳

If you’re looking for a business anniversary photographer, or a travel photography for your company, get in touch. We’re happy to travel (responsibly and with sanitiser + face masks). Get in touch with us today.
