We shoot events at every scale. From intimate 30-person product launches to 79,000-attendee sporting events — we've covered it all and we calibrate our approach to match the pace, complexity and deliverable requirements of each.

Same-day delivery available. For clients who need content live while the event is still happening — social teams, PR, live communications — we offer same-day turnaround as standard. Your event content shouldn't have to wait.

We work to your brief, not a template. Every event has different priorities — we align on your shot list, key moments, VIPs and delivery requirements before the day so nothing is left to chance.

We travel. Based in Adelaide, we regularly shoot events in Melbourne, Sydney and interstate. Travel is factored into your quote transparently.

FAQs

Do you travel beyond 50km of Adelaide CBD?

Yes — the 50km inclusion covers standard metropolitan Adelaide. For events beyond that radius, including interstate and international, travel is quoted separately and factored into your package price. We regularly shoot events in Melbourne, Sydney and regional South Australia.

Do you offer same-day image delivery for events?

Yes — same-day delivery is available for clients who need content during or immediately after the event. This is particularly valuable for social media teams and live communications. Discuss this requirement in your brief and we'll build it into the workflow.

Can you cover multi-photographer events?

Yes — for large-scale events requiring simultaneous coverage across multiple locations or activations, we can provide additional photographers. We map crew requirements against your run sheet in your pre-event briefing.

What types of events do you photograph?

We cover the full spectrum — corporate events, award nights, gala dinners, product launches, brand activations, sporting events, festivals, conferences, end-of-year celebrations, cocktail functions and more. If it's worth capturing, we're built for it.

How quickly do I receive my photos?

Standard delivery is within one week post-event via a private online gallery with unlimited high-resolution downloads. Same-day and rush delivery options are available on request.

Do you photograph interstate events?

Yes - we travel to Melbourne, Sydney and beyond for event photography. Interstate travel is quoted transparently alongside your photography package.
