Images are edited, curated and delivered while your event atmosphere is still electric. Standard full gallery delivery is within one week post-event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book a conference photographer in Adelaide?

For major multi-day conferences we recommend booking 6–8 weeks in advance, and earlier for peak periods — February through April and September through November tend to fill quickly in Adelaide. For smaller seminars, workshops or single-session events, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. If your date is coming up fast, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer same-day image delivery for conferences?

Yes — same-day delivery is available as standard for organisations that need content live during or immediately after the event. This is particularly valuable for social media teams, live communications, and stakeholder updates. Dependent on budget - we can have an onsite editor in tandem with photographers, or a solo photographer getting edits done if there’s breaks in sessions that aren’t a part of the brief. We build the editing pipeline into our workflow from the start so delivery happens in parallel with the shoot rather than after it.

What does your pre-event briefing process involve?

Before every conference we align with you on your run sheet, shot list, key speakers, brand priorities, any VIPs requiring coverage, and sensitivities around photography. We review the venue in advance where possible and confirm logistics, access, and credential requirements. That preparation means we arrive ready.

Can you cover multi-day conferences?

Yes — multi-day conference coverage is a core part of what we do. We maintain consistent coverage across every day, adapting to your run sheet as the event evolves. Same-day delivery is available across each day of a multi-day event for organisations that need it.

How many photographers do you provide for a conference?

This depends entirely on your brief, venue size, budget, and coverage requirements. A single-stream conference with one room typically requires one photographer. Multi-stream events, simultaneous activations, or same-day delivery requirements may call for additional crew. We map this in your pre-event briefing and recommend the right team size for your specific needs.

What's included in the final image gallery?

Your gallery includes professionally edited high-resolution images, unlimited downloads, and an integrated print store through Atkins. Standard delivery is within one week post-event, with same-day and rush options available. The gallery is private and accessible only to people you share the link with.

Do you photograph award ceremonies and gala dinners as part of a conference?

Yes — award nights, gala dinners, networking functions and social events are all part of our conference coverage offering. Many of our conference clients book us across the full program, from pre-conference workshops through to the closing gala. Let us know the full scope of your event and we'll tailor coverage accordingly.
