Enter Weber Grill Academy, the first grill academy in Australia. We didn’t know it was needed, but boy-o, Weber-grilled tofu again - YES PLEASE.
There are many things that can be considered within the scope of Australiana, given the multicultural society that we live in, but, one could suggest the prospect of a backyard BBQ would be up there, if in need of ranking. Now, take the backyard, throw it out the window, replace it with the views of the Adelaide parklands and the CBD skyline. And you have the Weber Grill Academy on Fullarton Road. A seriously spectacular Adelaide venue with a view!
The media call was in full swing on the balmy spring night, with Michael, Adam and Jacinda playing the hospitable hosts guiding punters through the traditional and fine art of the barbecue.
