Late 2021, a fine summer evening. One would say the perfect temperature for a “Midsummer Nights Murder”. Oh my lord, today I learned it’s “Midsomer Murders”. Midsomer is a fictional county. I had always thought of it has mid-summer. I used to watch the series with my grandparents when I was younger, and had a memory of the middle of summer. Well then. Cracking start.
Johnny and Luke had become engaged that March, but due to the climate, and ala most, had to postpone til later in the year. They’d settled on Marion Hotel & Cellars as the event venue, in their outdoor space - the secret garden. Given the wonderful conditions, a stellar choice for an Adelaide engagement party venue.
The neon pink ‘Til Death’ signage bolstered the theme of the evening, pink and white, as you’ll see down below.

From the moment I booked, Lewis made a fantastic impression. He took some time to get to know myself and my fiancé for our engagement party, and was incredibly funny and charming during the event. He captured some beautiful high resolution moments and somehow managed to edit and provide the photos within 2 days, considering we held our party on a Friday evening it’s really evident these guys are passionate about their service and clients. Personally, I loved the banter between you and the guests, as well as your ability to ask people to get out of the frame!!! The service was wonderful, Lewis made an unforgettable impression on the guests and captured some great memories.
